Running a night
Put the names in
Type a name and hit add. Paste a whole list and every line becomes a player. Tap a name to edit it, or the bin to remove it.
Mark who has paid
Tap the circle next to a name. The pot updates as you go. With no buy-in, set it to 0 in Setup and the paid column disappears.
Lock in
The order scrambles in front of everyone and the night starts. There are no late entries after that — a player joining at rack four would start clean against people already carrying two strikes.
Record shots
Two buttons. Made it, or missed. A miss is a strike; three strikes and that player is out. Last one standing wins.
New rack
When the table runs out, tap New rack. Whoever is at the table breaks the new one, and the break is free.
Fixing mistakes
Undo
Reverses the last thing that happened, as many times as you need. It correctly un-eliminates a player, restores their place in the rotation and rewinds the rack. You can undo past the lock-in back to the roster.
Somebody had to leave
Open the board and tap "Had to go". They come out without being given strikes they did not earn, and they still take a placing.
A strike went on the wrong person
Undo back to that shot and redo from there. Everything after it replays correctly.
On a screen
The TV display
Open the TV link on anything with a browser — a laptop plugged into the TV, a smart TV, a tablet behind the bar. It updates by itself.
Mirroring your phone
Works just as well. The live screen is built to be legible across a room, which is why the names are so large.
The player QR code
Print it and stick it on the table. Players scan it to see their own strike count without asking you.
When the wi-fi is bad
It keeps working
The night is recorded on your phone first and sent to your account afterwards. Losing signal does not stop anything — the badge reads "Saved here" instead of "Saved" until it catches up.
What does not work offline
The TV display and the player QR card both read from the server, so they pause until signal returns. The board holds its last good state rather than blanking. The table itself carries on.
Account and billing
Plans
Free runs a whole night with no ads, forever, and keeps every night and all your stats. Pro adds season standings, saved rosters, custom rules, two tables and CSV export. Venue adds branding, a public venue page, eight tables and staff accounts.
The trial
Every new account gets 14 days of Pro with no card. When it ends you drop to Free and nothing is deleted.
Cancelling
From the billing page, through Stripe, in two clicks. It takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for.
Refunds
Email us within 30 days and we refund it. No argument, no form.
Closing your account
Settings, at the bottom. We keep it for 30 days in case you change your mind, then it is gone.
Trouble
A night is missing
Check you are signed in to the same account. Nights are never deleted by a downgrade — the free plan keeps all of them.
The phone died mid-night
Anything already synced opens on another device. Anything not yet synced is on the dead phone, which is why a paper backup by the table is worth printing.

Write to us. A person reads it.
