Talk to a person
Every message creates a ticket, you get a copy by email, and a human answers it — usually the person who built this.
Or just email
Before you write
The help centre covers most of it, and the FAQ covers the rest. If something is broken, telling us what you tapped just before it happened saves a round trip.
What to expect
Most messages get a reply the same day, and all of them within two working days. There is no ticket queue to climb and no first-line script — the person reading it is the person who can change the code.
If you are reporting something broken, the most useful thing you can include is what you tapped immediately before it happened. A night is stored as an ordered log of every action, so a rough sequence is often enough to find the exact problem without asking you to reproduce it.
Things worth writing about
- A rule your house plays that we do not support. This is the single most useful kind of message. The format is a folk game and the variants are the product.
- Anything that cost you time during a live night. That is the thing this product exists to prevent.
- An accessibility problem. These go to the front of the queue, and we will tell you when it is fixed.
- A factual error on a comparison page. We would rather be correct than flattering, and competitors change their pricing without telling us.
Reporting a security issue
Email the same address with "security" in the subject. We will reply within two working days, we will not take legal action against anyone reporting in good faith, and we will credit you if you want to be credited.
